To get in on the fun:
We know how much fun it is to sit with your friends at events! In order to make it easy for you to sit with your crew and cheer everyone on we have simple ways to register for a table. We prioritize seating in the ballroom as first come first served for one or more full tables. A full table is 10 paid event tickets. Like all Swingin’ New England tickets these are non-refundable, so if someone from your group can’t make it; we suggest finding another individual wanting to go to the event. Hey you might make a new friend!
THE DEADLINE FOR TABLES IS OCTOBER 21, 2016 - WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING TABLES OR TABLE ADDITIONS AFTER THIS DATE
Here's how to do it:
Option 1 - pay online
Pre-existing tables have already been in our system! - Check to see if your group is already registered when you Pre-Register at the bottom of the page and your name will be automatically added to that table. If that table is full email email@example.com and we will increase capacity. Tables are a groups of 10, if your group is not in groups of 10; we will seat you and merge you with other tables not at capacity. If you have a group of 10 that wants to sit together and don't see your group email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will add you.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ADDITIONS TO TABLES WHO HAVE NOT FULLY PRE-REGISTERED BY THE DEADLINE.
Option 2 - pay by check
Group organizer collects checks for 10 registrants per table and sends them in with a list of registrant names. If you have more than one table please provide who sits at table one and who sits at table two etc. Only tables of 10 will be accepted. Email a copy of your table list to email@example.com.

Option 3 - mix it up
Group organizers can use combination of Option1 and Option 2 to collect table registrants. Only tables of 10 will be accepted. If your group is mixing it up please make sure to send a final list to firstname.lastname@example.org by October 21, 2016.
We want everyone to enjoy the event and we know that prime seats can enhance the expierence, our goal is to provide that to as many people in as fair a way possible. In order to do that we must have all the table registrations in by the deadline so if we have any questions we can address them ahead of the event. So we look forward to hearing all of the crazy fun names you and your crew’s come up with and we’ll do our best to stop by and say “Hi”.
